Contacting Us for Support, Billing and Customer Service


All customers with a registered email address on our system can open a support ticket for any reason by sending an email to help at selecthosting.com. You can also login to the Client Portal to open or review tickets, order or cancel services, pay bills, update credit card and billing information, access certain services, reset password and more.


Partners and Premium Service customers (Hosted Exchange, Co-Location, Dedicated Servers): Please open a support ticket and then call the Priority Support number only if an immediate 1 hour response is required.
